Food Freshly prevents rapid eggplant oxidation, maintaining natural color and taste while outperforming conventional fruit acid treatments.

Processing eggplant is extremely challenging as it oxidizes very quickly. Food Freshly prevents oxidation and retains the original color of processed eggplant. Our products outperform standard fruit acid treatments and don’t change the natural taste.
